CAVA Comp Play

• Duties:

  • When assigned duties, teams are required to provide four players to serve as ref, two line judges, and a scorer.

  • Duty personnel will vote on MVPs for each match.

  • Teams will incur a loss of points for failing to provide duty personnel.

• Forfeits:

  • Teams must have a minimum of four players (at least one being a female) on the court at the start of the match or they will forfeit the game.  A minimum of two females required when six players are on the court.

• Playoffs:

  • Playoffs will be single elimination.

  • Initial matches will consist of up to three sets. Grand Finals will be the best of five sets to 25.

• Good sportsmanship should be demonstrated at all times.
